  • #VEGASSTRONG My husband and I did not come to Las Vegas for gambling or a vacation, my sister was one of the victims of the Route 91 Harvest Festival. We were planning on staying with my husband's family in North Las Vegas or with my other siblings in a different hotel, but we were told South Pointe Hotel was offering free rooms to any of the victims families. I called them up and asked if this was a rumor. They first offered their condolences and then took my information and told us to show up anytime and a room would be available. They told us we could stay as long as we needed. When we arrived later that night, they gave a letter of support from the hotel management and a bag of snacks and water. Everyone at the hotel was so nice and supportive. The room was large and clean. South Pointe did not have to reach out the families of the victims, yet they did. We are very grateful. As my sister heals, We wanted to thank South Pointe Hotel and all the people of Las Vegas for showing love and support to the families of all the victims. We will be staying here the next time we are in Las Vegas for vacation. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
