  • I pulled into the drive thru at 7:20 pm. I ordered the breakfast platter. I'm told over the speaker "we can't make that because the grill is being cleaned". I ask "so you're not going to make that?" I'm told "no. The grill is being cleaned". I left. The chik fila at the arboretum has a line wrapped around it. They are interested in taking care of their guests. Jack In the Box doesn't want to take care of guests. They don't care. My daughter wanted the breakfast platter. It was her favorite. It was for her. She won't be getting anymore from Jack In the Box. I will spread this experience far and wide across the landscape of the internet and personal acquaintances. I will make sure both friend and foe know not to come to your locations in Charlotte.
