  • STAY AWAY. STAY AWAY. STAY AWAY. I wish there was a negative rating possibility. Customer service was horrible. They succeeded in making a refrigerator inoperative that was at least cooling minimally when I called them out. I now have a refrigerator full of trash. Anyway, shortly after the "repair" was completed I called to let them know it was now inoperable. I was told I'd get a call back the following morning to have the guy try again. I called back at 1100 and was told to be patient and that they would call to schedule. This was on Saturday 9-30-17. NO RETURN PHONE CALL and they are closed Sunday and Monday!! Thus the now trashed food. I wish I would have yelped first, but Frigidaire is contracted with them for warranty repairs. The fridge is 45 days old and would only cool to the upper food safety limit, but at least it cooled. So, if you want poor maintenance and troubleshooting, AND you enjoy being blown off, then these are the folks for you. My goodness, just read the other reviews and look at the photos yourself.
