  • I left my cell phone there for 4 days due to it not powering up and a broken power button. After 24 hours, we called and were told she was still trouble shooting it. After 48 hours, we were told it needed parts. After 3 days, she installed a new battery then said she forgot about the broken power up button. After 4 days, we'd had enough. We picked up our phone that still didn't work nor power up. She still charged up $40 dollars for doing basically nothing and wasting 4 days with us not having this phone. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID...
