Most of the workers here are from US Airways!!! If you fly AA enough, like me, you would know that the legacy US Workers are not the most proficient!
My flight from LAS to PHX was fine, but my connecting flight from PHX to LAX got cancelled due to some unknown "mechanical issue".
Note: The PHX to LAX flight was cancelled 6 hours prior to the flight taking off! Anyway, when I touched down after my LAS flight, the help desk had informed me that vouchers were already loaded into the system. Great! easy enough! Yea...................right. The US Agents couldnt figure out how to work the system properly.
I ended up giving up after 5 minutes and just staying at Hyat Regency Downtown (great choice), but man, don't give much faith in the agents here if you're stuck.
