Can you believe people used to walk up steep hills before this incline railroad was built? Yikes!
As a tourist, seeing the view at the summit really made me appreciate how pretty Pittsburgh is. From the top, I could see so many beautiful bridges and hills.
The logistics: There is parking at the bottom of the hill and it takes credit cards. HOWEVER, you need to have exact change to ride the incline car up to the summit. There is a change machine but you will get back DOLLAR COINS as change. It's not the end of the world but just so you know...
