  • The quality and service has really plummeted here - the drinks are made inconsistently and service is decent at best. I will be in the middle of ordering and the barista will answer the phone and take that person's drink before finishing mine and so I've just been bumped. The wheel cakes are decent. For what you're paying, you're better off going to another bubble tea cafe. (Literally made an account for this review because that's how disappointed I was)
