| - After my computer died I was in search for a new one. After visiting one other Best Buy, with much better service, my Dad wanted to get some other prices before making the purchase. We stopped at a few non-Best Buy stores, but realized they had the best deal. Being in the area of this location we decided to stop in to see if they had the same option and thought we could make the purchase instead of going back to the original Best Buy, bad move on our part.
We headed straight to the 'Computer' section and NO ONE could be found. We waited, and waited, walked around, and waited. Finally a gentlemen arrived, who seemed like he was 13 years old. He had no knowledge of the computer we asking about and quoted the wrong price, the wrong options that came on the computer, and even what was included was the docking station. My father was getting frusturated by the minute.
We finally got him to make a call and confirm all the details so we decided to move forward with the purchase. He never said a word to us other than answering our questions. A horrible experience and I plan to not return to this location, unless I am in the area.
Electronic purchases can take time and I would like to know I have someone confident with what I am getting and this experience did not make me feel comfortable at all.
