  • Matt sold me a Simmons mattress with the 60-day trial period. Right away I could tell it was compressing too fast. In 45 days, I went back to the store to put in for an exchange for the more firm mattress.The salesman (not Matt) took 30 minutes to finally work with me and said that Matt was on his way; oh I just missed him. In any case, they would order the new one that night and it would be in the next week. The salesman called the next day or so to reconfirm that it would for sure be there the next Wednesday. That day came and went. The next week came and went. I called and Matt said this was the first he had heard of it. He would order it right away. Then there was a holiday and he said they don't get trucks that week, but it would for sure be on the next week's truck. It wasn't. I was ready to cancel the original credit card sale more than 30 days after my original request for exchange when they finally came through. The firmer mattress is better, but the 60-day trial, return for another one is either not a priority, or my situation had a comedy of errors. In any case, I cannot strongly recommend them, though in the end, they did come through.
