I've taken 3 Barre3 classes while in town visiting my parents. It's a solid barre class, reasonably challenging. It's a little bit less dance focused and more yoga/pilates oriented than some classes I've taken other places. The workout is especially strong in its use of compound movements. I'd say in that regard, it's significantly better than most Pure Barre classes I've taken. One thing to note is that given the difficulty of some of the compound moves, it is likely a workout (even more than most barre workouts) where it would get substantially harder once you've had enough experience to know the moves and start focusing on the interior part of improving your form.
