Irritating. I called in an order for my brother. The women on the phone could barely speak English and just tried to get me off the phone as fast as possible. Didn't take my name down. As soon as I said "carne asada burrito" she hung up the phone. We arrive 15 minutes later and the lady at the register says the only call they had was for a bacon breakfast burrito... what's the point of having the option of calling in a to go order if you're not even going to do it properly? There are plenty of other burrito places in the area that don't have unpleasant service like this. Won't be returning. I'll go to the actual Los Favoritos, Burrito Shack or Diamond Dot.
