Margaret at customer service was rude. I told her I was moving money to complete my purchase. It took a bit because I was not on WiFi but there was no one behind me in line. She looked at me and said "Are you really answering a text message?" in a nasty tone. Even if I was it could have been an emergency but instead of being patient you decide to be passive aggressive. Nice Jo-Anns...real nice. Wish I could give less then 1 star.
