  • This is based on the service that I never did receive. Over a month ago I ordered a gift certificate for my fiance through the website. I received a confirmation email for the order and assumed it was on its way. After waiting two weeks and never getting anything in the mail, I made an inquiry through email regarding its whereabouts. I never received a response. Two weeks after that, I made a phone call, leaving a voicemail. Again, no response. Honestly, if this is the way this business conducts its customer service, I would be very wary of the "classes" that they provide. I haven't received any response to anything. The good part is I don't believe that I was charged for the certificate...good thing too. I will not be patronizing this establishment!
