Not customer friendly! Upon arrival, we struggled with our two golf bags and 3 suitcases while the bell hop sat and watched us getting out of our cab. We walked into the reception area where there were just 3 people checking in guests. After 15 minutes our turn came, and the girl was very curt. Be forewarned that the pool is a 20 minute walk through casino and lobbies, down escalators, down hallways, through another maze, only to find all the lounge chairs strewn with dirty towels and no one cleaning up. We are in the process now of trying to book at another hotel. We have stayed here before but it's gone downhill. I am giving two stars as the room is clean, and a nice man named Vince gave us a $100 credit when I called to complain about our reception experience.
24 hrs later: got to the pool early and claimed a spot. The attendants were great and the place was clean. Went to the spa and Justin gave me an awesome deep tissue neck massage. The spa was very clean with cool indoor clothing-optional pools.
