  • If what you're looking for in a gyno's office is a nice waiting room and 5-20min appointments, this is the place for you. If you are looking for experienced doctors who are thorough and care about your well being and safety, this is not the place for you. The PA I had for a procedure did not know what to do when a tool she was using during a procedure wasn't working. Instead of listening to the attendant who was present during the procedure, the PA continued trying to use a defective tool and causing me excruciating physical pain. The procedure was supposed to be 15 mins total but it was 20 mins of agonizing pain before she even agreed that the tool was defective and had the attendant get a working one. I was refused anything beyond ibuprofen for the pain afterwards and was rushed out the door. I would file a complaint to the AZ Medical Board if I didn't think that they would just blame it all on the defective device. 5/26/17 UPDATE: I'd just like to add that even 2 years after the horrific experience I had during this appointment I'm still pissed off. Never in my life have I had medical "professionals" treat me with such dangerous carelessness. I literally do not remember the drive home from this appointment because I was in shock from the pain. For all the people who "don't understand" the bad reviews... I didn't before I had this appointment either. Don't wait until you have a bad experience to take all the negative reviews seriously.
