  • Marc M. I work outside everyday and a couple of weeks ago I ended up getting extremely dehydrated and overheated on a Monday afternoon. I kept trying to rehydrate myself as I usually do, but this time I was so bad that each subsequent day at work just made me feel worse. I thought about going to the hospital but was putting it off because of cost and the time involved. Finally on Saturday night I remembered hearing about this company and decided to try them out. I called about 15 minutes before they closed and was immediately put at ease talking with Juan and he explained everything to me. I made an appointment the next morning. Sunday morning finally came (long night because of anticipation) the nurse arrived. Although I can't for the life of me remember her name, she was awesome. I immediately felt like I had made a great decision. She is very experienced with starting I.V.'s. Usually I end up looking like a pin cushion but she kept my vein from rolling and hit it on the first try. She has a.great bedside manner and is very professional as well as good at making conversation. I started feeling better shortly after she left and went back to work on Monday morning. I was still dehydrated after being so bad off to begin with so I called Juan again and asked to have another appointment on Tuesday afternoon shortly after I got home from work. Luckily for me, it was the same nurse that showed. Once again she hit the vein on the first try and within a few minutes I could feel myself beginning to feel better. She is an awesome asset to the company and I hope I am lucky enough for her to be the nurse that comes next time. YES, there will definitely be another appointment because I refuse to allow myself to put it off and let my body get in such sad shape again. I have felt better by Friday afternoon than I probably have felt all summer. Not only will I call them again, I will and have recommended everyone I work with to call and utilize their much needed and affordable services. Again, Juan, thank you and please apologize to my nurse for me and tell her thank you. You and your staff and company is TOP SHELF!
