  • Annoying place. Music is way too loud. Meals are heavy and the food is not very good. Green beans have an odd taste and are simultaneously oily and not cooked. They have an elk burger on the menu so I asked if I could taste elk. Just a sample. But the chef would only let me "buy"a small piece of the patty. I settled on ribeye and asked the waitress what medium rare meant at this restaurant but she didn't know how to describe it. She is really nice. I described it as cooked, but at the very center, it's just short or raw. What I got was a browned raw steak. They described the potatoes as Rosemary fries. What they were was potato wedges not fries in any way. They seemed baked, not fried. This meal was a very expensive disaster and I now have to find a place to eat tomorrow. The creme brûlée is ok, but not outstanding like it was at House in SF.
