  • A not so secret gem. Located inside the Commonwealth is truly a wonder of cocktail craftsmanship. No, not "craft cocktails", by the way can we please put that sh*t to bed already?! I'm talking about fantastic drinks made with a purpose. You text a secret number and within a few hours or a few days, you'll get a response letting you know when there's time and space for your party. You show-up on your selected day and then led through the wall and into "The Laundry Room", which literally used to be the old El Cortez laundry room. If you're like me, when walking into this room you'll most likely get the same feeling that Little Foot gets when he first sees the "Great Valley". The inside fits about 20+ people with a few booths, one bar area and one bartender. You'd think the drinks would take long with only one bartender working and all of the drinks being hand built, but they are speedy when comes to delivery and on-point when it comes to taste. A few of my favorites sampled were the Sazerac, Snake Bite and the Ransom Note. All delicious! The drinks offered have all the basic bases; vodka, rum, tequila, pretty much something for everyone and the drinks all cost the same at fifteen dollars a pop, which if you're not paying attention can really add up. Have friends coming to town? Good, Fugg the Strip and bring them here.
