Stayed at the hotel for a baseball tournament. The person who serves breakfast is very nice an accommodating however, when our car was broken into in the parking lot front desk was pretty disinterested in the problem and was eating her breakfast while the driver for the hotel was yelling at her how far it was to go get the maintenance man to unlock the security cameras for the police. The General Manager never called to find out what happened to our car (and all the stuff that was taken from it). Had to call twice after he indicated he would call back after his meeting. No signs indicating you are parking at your own risk only that they tow your car if it not supposed to be there. The owners obviously do not want to be disturbed because they forbid the manager to give out any contact information. Sometimes customer service goes a long way and this place has none. Please remember that when you book your stay and be mindful if you leave anything in your car it may not be there the next day, even the travel pillows.
