Worst salon and experience I have ever had. Appointment was at 12 PM wasn't addressed until 12:30 PM. I just am now leaving the salon at 3:15, after begging him to let me out of his chair as he was still going to try to fix it for the third time, with the worst hair I have ever had in my life. Was supposed to get ash highlights and ended up with copper red. On top of that the hairdresser still made me pay $65. Terrible customer service will never return, thanks for ruining my hair.
Revised: 2 hours later. My husband called the salon and after coercing the hair dresser to do the right thing, he finally acquiesced and ripped up my check. Being business owners ourselves, I'm very disappointed that it had to go to that point.
Still not returning.
