  • This location is hit and miss. A couple of times they do fine, then you get a morning like this one. I mobile order. When I arrive there are three employees talking to each other. One is checking his clipboard while the other two are socializing. They made eye contact with me but said nothing (mind you, I was the only customer in the place not sitting at a table). Another couple came in and got their order taken. Then Gene goes to make their drinks and sees he left mine half done on the counter. Instead of starting over he used what was sitting there. Disappointing. Try the location on Warm Spring instead, they have a better set of baristas.
