rev:text	UPDATE - Johnny from the Phoenix office has been working with me on the issues with the NJ office. Very pleased with his helpfulness. Bait and Switch. I've had the contract for 1 month and cannot believe I'm stuck for 3 more years. They damaged my wall during install, I didnt get the $100 gift certificate because of the bait and switch, they don't match competitor pricing, and my rep kept promising on things he didn't deliver on. I want out so badly.
