I guess I'm not the only one with BUG BITE issue here. Got tons of bug bites at this hotel. One of the first responses to my bites from guest service was they won't cover for medical care if the professional inspection comes out negative, not if they can take me to the doctor or offer to take care of my clothes/luggage wash. I requested for the professional inspection report, a month has passed and still waiting for it. Not only this, but overall received a very disappointing response, inconsistent messages from the hotel, and lack of sticking to their promises. The past 160 nights I've stayed within a year and a half have been generally satisfactory (friendly staff) but this last experience really really disappointed me. It makes me think when things go well (no issues),they are friendly. But when things don't go too well (issues identified), they forget to take care for the welfare of the customer.
