  • I just started going to Palm Beach Tan and I started at the Brooklyn location in Ridge Park where everything is amazing, super clean and everyone is always happy and very friendly, I found this location literally walking distance from my house so I decided to try it out, my first day, the girl at the counter seemed like I was interrupting her phone time, and then when she seen my package and knew this location had different beds it was almost as if it was even more of a inconvenience that she had to get up and show me where the room was and etc, I just was like ok whatever, maybe it's a bad day for her but then I went back yesterday and she was there, along with vita, didn't even acknowledge me, Vita checked me in but like showed no interest in anything, asked me if I knew where the bed was with kind of like a smart attitude. And then on my way out she was talking to a man who I couldn't tell if he was an employee or not but instead of saying have a nice day or anything just continued talking n the man actually stopped to say have a nice day but at that point service was so bad I just waved and continued to walk out not even looking at either one of them. They don't realize they I actually was a store manager for a Tanning Salon that Palm Beach Bought last year lol and I actually know everything there is to know about the beds, how they work, sales, lotions and everything and for them at this location to be so rude, and make you feel unwelcome is ridiculous. You never know who you are speaking to or what someone else knows or even how someone's day went and how you can impact it by just one rude action you know? Either way I definitely will be just Driving to Brooklyn every day instead of walking to this location because that's how Disgusted I left feeling.
