  • DO NOT MOVE IN HERE NO MATTER WHAT!!! Unless somehow you have no choice. I was in such a spot as to why I ended up there. Had to find a new apt asap in close proximity to my new job and they were one of the only ones open. The Management changed 3-4 times in the 3+ years I lived there. No one is ever on the same page, and you get told multiple different answers to the same questions to different ppl. Just to let everyone know, you have to give 60! days, yes TWO whole months notice you are not going to cont your lease. The pool is always broken bc someone or kid did something to it and they shut it down for 2-3 weeks. The gate is almost ALWAYS broken, entry codes changing constantly, gate openers costing $100 deposit and not working. Multiple car vandalism incidents when I lived there. My A/C unit was having trouble keeping my unit cool. I informed them this as soon as I noticed it the 1st month I was in the unit, FOUR months later it was fixed. I would put the temp to 60 degrees and coldest it would get was 78-80 running it all day. After they came out after 2-3 weeks of me calling and reminding them every week it wasn't working, they came out and supp cleaned the outside unit itself. That didn't do anything, so another 2-3 weeks and they came inside, was told it was just my location, facing the sun, what was causing it, fr-ion was sprayed in it, and that helped a tiny bit for a few weeks but didn't fix the problem. Finally I told the office if they didn't give me a new A/C unit I would be forced to take legal action and break my lease as it was always too hot living in Vegas it was un bearable. This prompted them to finally that week have two maintenance ppl come in and drill up in the inside of the AC to clean the coils. The maintenance left white Debri all over from cutting into stuff by the AC, they also broke a pictures frame hanging in the hallway they where working in, and it was placed behind the few other pictures and frames I had set up, so I didn't see it for a day or two. I was paying $850 for a 3 bedroom in a one year lease, after I had lived in a one bedroom for 2yrs. Towards the end of my lease they informed me the rent would be going up to $965! I tried talking with them and let them know I would have to leave if they raised my rent that much, I can rent a 3 bedroom townhouse or smaller house for almost 1k/month. They said they would split the difference with me and only raise it to $915/mo, That was last straw, not going to cont to pay more and more rent after being there longer an longer, no loyalty or consistency with anything. Maintenance works on their own schedule, they are wishy washy and never come on time, or call before they come like they say they will. Like the other review states, you are better off staying in a dumpster, at least the rent won't go up, and the management will always be constant LOL
