I purchased two new cars from here over the last year. Sales and the finance were top notch at the time of purchase. Fast forward to my wife's first annual service and the preventive service package I bought was not what it was sold as. My finance manager AJ told us that with the all inclusive package we would not have to pay a dime for any preventive maintenance for the life of the lease. He said the package would even replace the key fobs if it was lost. Come to find out the key fobs are covered but the basic oil change is not. The maintenance department can't even pull up any specifics about the plan that I did buy from them. I feel scammed. My second car shows up with the full preventive maintenance plan,and my 10k service was free. I was sold the same thing for both cars. The worst part is no one here at the dealership can help me with what's going on. Service department says I need to talk to finance and there are no finance people to be found. I asked for a customer service contact and they said there is no one here who can help me. I'm really disappointed with this dealership.
