  • Staff is very friendly and informative. There is currently a sales convention going on and everyone we have bumped into has been extremely nice. This place has a very positive vibe going on right now. We are staying on the 17th floor by request and we are loving the view! Spacious rooms, nice bathroom and very clean. Although, the tv is a bit smaller then we expected but it's fine. Only reason why it didn't make it to 5 stars for me, is the extra cost for parking which is $19 a night or more for valet which is crazy but we are in downtown Phoenix and parking is hard which makes sense.
