I could write a three page essay about the one experience I had today but I'll just give you the highlights. Barely acknowledged me when I walked in even though I was the only one there. After I chose a new phone it took them two hours to transfer my stuff from one phone to another. They actually got irritated at me that it was taking so long, giving me shorter and shorter answers. Then they couldn't figure how to factory reset my phone, so they made me go through my phone and log out of all my accounts and delete the apps. In short, rude, incompetent, and slow. I had a terribly similar at a different store so basically they have terrible customer service. They're network is good, basically on par with Verizon. If customer service is important to you then I'd strongly recommend Verizon. They actually have good customer service and their network is good.
