  • Went into the Sprint store today to check out the IPhone 7Plus. I have been an Android user since forever. As far as technology goes I have Apple devices....desktops, laptops, iPod, tablets Except for my phone. Well, today I switched over to an IPhone. Justin was very helpful in explaining the benefits of the phone as far as what I was looking for. Justin made me feel really comfortable and at peace switching over to the IPhone. He transferred all my info from my old phone without any problems, placed my screen protector on my phone for me and made sure my trade in was back to the factory default and it was FAST. My husband and I have frequented this store location many times and Matt and Justin have always taken cared of any issues we may have had. Justin and Matt are great assets to this establishment. Definitely recommend to see them for all your phone needs. Keep up the great work guys! Sheryl G.
