  • Today my plan was to ride the Suburban Express bus line from Champaign to Tinley Park. Unfortunately for me I missed my bus before realizing I was waiting at the wrong location - a mere block away. Thankfully the Peoria Charter Coach was there to my rescue. The two drivers of the Peoria Charter told me that Suburban Express had just left, but they were nice enough to allow me to ride with them instead. I was not only impressed with their hospitality and understanding, but the two hour ride home was one of the more luxurious ones I've had. I have taken the Lex Express, the Suburban Express, the Greyhound, and even the Amtrak, but I have never had such a delightful experience. The bus was brand new. Apart from the usual lamp, air vent, and foot stand, the Peoria Charter Coach had convenient sun shades over the windows, perfect temperature, and the most comfortable seats a coach bus has to offer. Not to mention they were playing one of my favorite movies - Toy Story 3. My unfortunate situation was completely turned around thanks to the amazing service the Peoria Charter Coach offered me today. Next time I travel I will most definitely choose them over all of their competitors.
