  • Go somewhere else if you want speed or good customer service. I have been waiting twenty minutes just to buy a replacement remote. Which takes all of one minute. Having to wait with all the other people getting service and etc is beyond dumb when they have 3 registers. Can one employee not do stuff like this??? I have not even been acknowledged.
