  • By far the worst Kohl's customer service I have ever experienced! I was in there looking for winter gear such as, gloves and beanies when a Kohl's employee started following me and some friends. Then she proceeded to radio someone on another line profiling us saying, "there's 3 of them, teenagers, over by the intimates". I am over 18 and was horrified that someone would accuse us of shoplifting when we had not even been there more than 5 minutes! When I couldn't find what I was looking for I turned around and asked her if they had any gloves. She stopped and was about to walk away and ignore me before rudely replying, "No we don't have any left". This Kohl's has lost my business I will not be back ever again!
