  • RUN! Went to the location in Providence, was told they could get me in immediately and they'd show me colors. 15 Min Later I Was Seen But Hadn't Seen the Colors. The nail techs hands were all slimy, like he hadn't washed them in between clients. I tried to say something but he kept his head down. Then he kept telling me I need a full set, no thanks, I just want a manicure. Then he barely filed my nails and said okay clear polish. I said no i would like color. He said which did you pick and I said I've yet to see the colors they use. He Said Under His Breath "This Is Bulls***" I Got Up And Told Him I'd Be Leaving, He Had Barely touched me and now he was cursing? I told him I'd pay for my nails being taken off and I should've known based on the reviews and he said whatever. I called the location on farm and asked for a manager he apologized and told me to come to their location and he would take care of it. When I came in he told me he talked to Tony the guy that had helped me and Tony said he never said that. I told the manager, Jimmy, that of course Tony wouldn't tell that he said that, and Jimmy said "one of our regulars was there and said that didn't happen." I was so annoyed and asked him if he was accusing me of lying. He Said no, But I Believe Tony. He said he would paint my nails and that's it. I said that's okay I will leave and post my review. He said "if you feel you need to but we don't look at those." WOW. Then said in a sarcastic voice "drive safe since we won't be seeing you!" What the heck? Needless to say I am horrified by the service and will never be back.
