  • My husband and I found a Volvo SUV on the Infiniti website and we drove 28 miles to go look at it and liked it, when we came to find that after dealing with the sales associate we found that they were not being truthful about the vehicle's condition since we had asked if the car had been in any accidents they said no. Took several times of asking for a carfax before they finally provided us with it and found it ha been in a serious accident. The sales associate said it had been in an accident that was less than $1000 and handed us the printed copy and we found that actually it was over $1000. The full transaction with the sales associate and manager felt dishonest as they both kept pushing us to run our credit and sell us the vehicle. As we mentioned to them we are expecting twins and looking for a family vehicle that would work for us they did not seem interested in helping out a customer but just getting rid of what they had. We would not suggest buying a used vehicle from this location.
