  • Bacon chocolate chip cookies. That says it all. Nirvana. Now, the reality of the bacon chocolate chip cookies didn't quite live up to the dream for me. They weren't bad, they just weren't harmonized. As in, they were very good chocolate chip cookies, with pieces of very good bacon in them. The combination just didn't do much for me. That said, they have mass appeal and everyone I shared them with loved the idea, even if the product itself fell short. I also ordered red velvet cupcakes and the mexican hot chocolate cupcakes. They were pretty, but not really so impressive-looking that I couldn't have made them myself. And they tasted ok. Not bad, but nothing stood out either. The chocolate and peppers really didn't marry the way I'd hoped (and the way they do in Momocho's desserts). Excellent customer service, however. The ladies who run this company were responsive, friendly, and helpful. And delivery to my door on time, during the Christmas week, was extremely convenient. So when I give three stars, it's really saying this place is ok. Nothing bad.
