  • Unfortunately, I visited Mimita's back in May and have since forgotten a lot of details. I, however, do remember that the food was not that great. Maybe I just happened to get a rogue "bad" plate of food. I do distinctly remember that I thoroughly enjoyed the 'tamal cubano" which was a corn tamale with pork. Service was pretty good considering that we had a group of 20. All other members enjoyed their meals immensely except me... so I probably did get the rogue plate. As a result, I doubt I would take another chance here on my own.
