  • Have come back at least 10 time since their Grand Opening and this is my go-to bbt place. Tea and pearls have been consistent every time. Tea is flavourful and not diluted, 50% sugar works well (I usually get 30% at Chatime). Staff are super friendly and efficient. Can use your Vicinity rewards card here. One thing I've noticed that they do that no one else does is that they know to jiggle your drink to mix your drink and toppings, before handing it to you.
