  • DOLLAR Rent A Car is a dishonest rental car company. We arrive on Sunday Jan 8th and straight from the airport we went to pick up our rental at the time of getting my car the agent ask if I wanted any insurance in which I decline and the she ask for my insurance company in which I gave to her. She added on the insurance anyway without my knowledge and when I returned it in Los Angeles that's I seen she had put in there so I called customer service and in the middle of my conversation the agent hung the phone on me. THEY ARE THE BIGGEST SCAMMERS Never renting from them again
