The Good;
Rooms are good size with sofa and desk.
Starbucks and Urban Farmer restaurant in hotel.
Room service is fast.
Participating in the Green program means everyday you skip housekeeping, you get a $5 card to spend at the restaurant or Starbucks.
Overall, the staff was friendly.
The Bad;
Windows don't open at all.
No bathtub.
Restaurant is expensive from the simplest item to the over complicated.
Even if you turn off the heat, it comes on and heats your room to 67-68. too hot! Many days you don't have hot water. It seems to happen more often on higher floors. Food options downtown are limited with short hours.
Parking options are also limited with weird hours in the garage.
The Unfortunate;
Once you participate in the Green program, its tricky to get your room clean. After several attempts and phone calls, I finally went to the front desk and asked to please clean my room now.
No steam room in the gym.
When the Cleveland Browns play the hotel, parking and restaurant are packed with loud football fans.
I was in Cleveland for work and stayed at the hotel for six weeks so I had plenty of time so try and do everything.
