  • I love that I can make a return here, even after a number of months and without a receipt. You'll get a gift card, but what's the point of hanging on to something you don't like. I tried all sorts of messenger bags until I found the one I like, and they encourage that. Rip the tags off, fill it with your stuff and try it out. If it doesn't work, bring it back. FYI - they don't carry plus sized women's clothes and a lot of their clothes are "slim fit". Staff will measure the backpacks for you and make sure it's a good fit. The building is accessible and there is always something new to check out.
