  • Horrible service! We had a our main water line break and called them out. They were able to come late at night which was nice. The guy came in and installed a temporary part. While installing it he asked for sliced bread. We went in the house and got it for him and he stuffed it in the new part. Although I have heard of doing this, it is not professional and to ask the people who are paying you for it is even worse. He finished up and said he would be back in the morning to install the right part. He came back and told us he was leaving the temporary part on because it is just as good quality. At this point I was mad. They still charged us the same for the temporary part. I went to take a shower and realized we had no water pressure. I called in and talked to the manager. They put me on with the manager of the guy who did the job who told me that he did everything right, that he was the one who told him to leave the temporary part on, and that the water pressure issue was not their fault and had nothing to do with their work. Then proceeded to give me a quote to fix it. They are one of those companies you cannot trust and who will get everything they can out of you. I have used them many times before this but after this, they have lost my business and I will continue to spread the word about their horrible service.
