Umm... its just weird in here. My group all got in for free, which was nice. I was a little sad I had to throw away my leftovers from dinner - but whatever. Perhaps I looked like I might get a little rowdy and start a food fight or something. Once inside, I was immediately ready to turn back around and head right back out. Half of the group went up to get the 2 for 1 drink specials while the rest of us held up a wall and watched all the annoying annoyingness that was transpiring in front of us. Maybe I'm getting old, but the girl on the mic was not entertaining and certainly not engaging. The music was so-so and the only people dancing on the table behind the microphone girl were a mom/daughter duo. There was only one bartender, which made getting 2 for 1 before they special ended a little difficult... but we managed. After about 30 minutes of sipping down our well drinks, suffering through crummy music, and just feeling all around bored, awkward, and sad for those people drinking the pineapple juice "shots" from a community bottle - we decided to move on to bigger and better. One thing my husband didn't understand... in the movie and at the original - ties are not allowed. At all of them - the girls are in bras and daisy dukes. The theming gets a little lost when you have to walk through velvet ropes and show ID to two different guys in suits and ties before you can get it. Hubby's complaint. That and its just not fun. Period. Feel free to pre-party here... get in free and get your happy hour drink on. But don't make a plan to stay the whole night. Vegas has so much more to offer than this place.
