  • I don't normally shop here, usually just grab a few things when I'm at that end of town. Prices are a bit high, but your paying for convenience. They do put on some good sales though, so if you pay attention to their flyer's, you might be able to get a better deal than at Safeway or Coop. They also sell alot of Safeway product, don't know if they have a deal with them or not, but regardless, your not always stuck getting brands you have never heard of. They don't have a huge section of fresh products or anything but they do have it, so its nice if your lazy and want a home cooked meal, your able to find something to make at a reasonable price.
