During the second week of April 2017, I sought their services to repair my driver side door handle (interior). After three hours, despite being told initially it would take about an hour and $125 later, I left. On my way home, I noticed that my airbag light was on. Because I was so excited to have a functioning door, I planned to reach out at a later time regarding the light. On May 12, my door handle suddenly stopped working again. I visited the business on May 13 and spoke with Leo. I was disappointed that Leo claimed that he told me that the original repair was only temporary. He added that he would ask Christian to price the door handle kit and for me to call on Monday. Even though he lied, I was still willing to patronize this business. On May 17, Christian informed me that the door handle would cost $91.72 and there would be a $100 labor charge. We exchanged several texts in which he stated that Leo "claimed" to have told me about the temporary fix and that he gave me the option to replace the door initially. I explained that no one pays for labor twice and if I had been given the option, I would have opted to buy a new handle so that this issue could be behind me. Of course, I have yet to hear from Christian or Leo again regarding this issue.
