  • Stopped for a bubble tea to go. Realized after I paid and get outside that there are no tapioca pearls. Go back in and they tell me they are out of them. Wouldn't that be something you should tell the paying customer. Not a good impression of good business. The pearls make the drink! And the Taro had a weird after taste. No fun at Pho!
