  • I was on vacation when I got the call my heat pump was dead. I don't know if it died of loneliness or couldn't bear to leave with me watching :/ Sharp Air Conditioning & Heating came recommended by a colleague whose opinion I highly value. On his word, with the name and phone number, Sharp was the company to do the job. What I didn't expect was the level of care I received... A simple phone call, Andrew doing a very thorough inspection and thereby providing a history and detailed explanation of what went wrong, and the offering of several options; all occurring according to a timeline initially discussed. When I opted for replacement another appointment for measurements was set, and since I was home on the day of installation, I got to see the crane! ( My first photos posted on Yelp :) Sharp Air Conditioning exceeded my expectations every step of the way! They answer the phone - Arrive when they say they will - Are courteous and respectful - Answer questions - And leave having done a professional job at a great price!
