My husband went in with a grinding noise in his rear tires. They inspected it for 45 minutes and informed him that his rear end needed to be replaced. He asked if he could look inside it and they said they did not pull the cover so he left. He did some research online and he had none of the symptoms of a bad rear end so he took things apart himself. His right rear brake was rusted and nonfunctional and his left rear brake was rusted and had broken parts. For $50 in springs and brake shoes he fixed the problem that Goodyear wanted to charge him $1800 for. This is the second bad goodyear experience we have had within the last month.
