  • I had a good in store experience and the person helping me was helpful and knowledgable. But this has become a very frustrating experience. Similar to the other postings, they promised my mattress would be in at a certain time and when I didn't hear from them I called to check in. Now they are saying next week. I am super annoyed because this is a crib mattress for my baby who now has nowhere to sleep!!!!!! Had I known the orders would take this long I would have gotten a different mattress or gone elsewhere. Here is hoping they are going to follow through with the new estimated time of delivery. I am in the market for a full size organic mattress as well and am not sure if I will shop here for it after this... Hoping for the best though!!!
