  • Called in the late morning to see if they could do a same day visit/repair and they said they'd call when they were on the way. It was about 2 hours later when they called to make sure we were at home, and barely 10 minutes from that when the repairman arrived. Diagnosing the warm air/broken fan problem took 30 seconds and he gave an immediate quote that sounded quite reasonable. The repair itself took about 20-30 minutes to replace the fan motor. He was willing to share some insight about capacitors and motors, their lifespans, why they fail, etc. and I learned that this is a small family inherited and run business that does AC and heating as well. Whether its medical/dental, car, or repairs, you don't want to trust the big companies anymore no matter how good they sound! They pride themselves on being honest and not overcharging for their services, and would like to talk out any problems or issues in person. Very personable, polite, and professional.
