I have had my car for a week now and could not be more happy with not only my new car, but the service I received from Eastside. Billy was so nice and so helpful while assisting me to find the car that I wanted. I had come in multiple times for a test drive and always felt welcomed and Billy was always so accommodating. After coming to Eastside, I had no reason to look anywhere else (which I had planned on looking at Classic Mazda in Mentor). They truly work with you to get you the best deal they can; and that's something I really did appreciate.
A few days after purchasing my Mazda 3, the Bluetooth and USB stopped working. I went in to Eastside, told them the issue, and after a little while they had the issue resolved AND even washed my car for me. Great Service!
